ITS Australia's Mobility 2025 conference is the leading forum for experts and innovators from Australia’s growing mobility sector to engage on the critical issues that will shape our transport landscape in the years to come.
Over two days, the conference will examine a range of fascinating topics including sustainable transport, on-demand and active transport, smart payments and seamless ticketing, energy transition and grid management, accessible and inclusive transport, and more.
Presenters will showcase the latest programs and policies; and unveil pilots, trials and early deployments in the mobility landscape from Australian and abroad – all underpinned by the latest technology.

Cancellation, Transfers
Full refund for change of plans are available until 15 Mar 2025, after this date refunds are no longer available due to venue and event planning commitments, however instead of cancelling, your registration may be transferred to a colleague. All requests should be emailed to: admin@its-australia.com.au
No refund is available should the conference migrate to hybrid or fully digital. If the conference is postponed, existing paid registrations will automatically be transferred to the new conference dates. If the event is cancelled, 100% registration refund is available.

Dr Deborah Hume
Deputy Director / Translink (Queensland Government)
Deborah leads the delivery of customer focused passenger transport services across Queensland, including policy, planning, ticketing, contract management and customer services, as well as a coordinated approach in the delivery of the significant rail infrastructure pipeline.
Translink provides the integrated rail, bus, ferry, and tram network in South East Queensland and long-distance rail, bus, and aviation services in regional, rural, and remote Queensland, in addition to school transport, personalised transport, and on-demand services.

- National Manager, Multimodal Integration, New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA)
- Public Transport Transformation Programme Director, Greater Wellington Regional Council
- General Manager, KiwiRail
- General Manager, Strategic Support, Transit New Zealand.
During her time with the NZTA, Deborah most recently held the role of National Manager Multimodal Integration and led the national direction in urban mobility, public transport, rail and freight. Within the NZTA, Deborah also had experience as the business lead for the National Ticketing Solution—a cross-agency program that will deliver a single easy-to-use payment system for all public transport services across the country.
Deborah’s experience in public transport operations and strategy includes prior roles as Public Transport Transformation Programme Director with the Greater Wellington Regional Council, General Manager of Rail Passenger Group for KiwiRail, and General Manager of Strategic Support for Transit New Zealand.


Josh Murray
Secretary / Transport for NSW
Josh Murray is the Secretary of Transport for NSW where he leads a team of more than 29,000 people dedicated to running reliable, essential daily transport services and operations to connect people right across NSW.
Josh brings to the organisation his 20 years’ experience in executive leadership and a comprehensive knowledge of the global infrastructure sector.
For much of the last decade he worked as a senior executive, leading multiple portfolios, for one of the world’s leading construction and engineering organisations, including in London from 2017 to 2021 during the height of Brexit and COVID.
Josh has significant experience in NSW Government having worked in previous Premier, Deputy Premier and transport offices.
