To kick-off our Shaping Future Transport Discussion Series we are starting with an area of keen interest for both ITS Australia and the transport and technology sectors as a whole.

In advance of our MaaS Conference in Sydney 3 May, and building from our recent work developing a MaaS Research and Report in partnership with iMOVE Australia, we will investigate the potential for MaaS in Australia with key industry experts and analysts.

During the recent second stage of the MaaS Research and Report project, ITS Australia and Institute for Choice have interviewed over 50 key stakeholders across government, industry, and academia around the country.

Emilie van der Graaf – Director, Passenger and Network Innovation Yarra Trams, Aaron de Rozario – CEO, Taxi Services Commission, Parry Serafim, GM Public Policy & Planning, Bus Association Victoria, will all generously give their time to us to discuss MaaS in the Australian landscape. Their insights and commentary contributed to the development of the research consumer survey, deployed to 4,000 Australians.

Andy Taylor is a strategist with Cubic and an international expert on MaaS who provided much-appreciated advice during our MaaS research activities, and we’re so pleased that he will be in Australia to join the conversation and attend our MaaS conference in Sydney 3 May.
