The PTV next-gen app has been the largest and most recent project to solidify how Department of Transport Victoria designs transport services for their customers. The learnings and insights from this project have formed the foundation for DoT’s approach with delivering and maintaining customer-centricity going forward. Key learnings around human centred design approaches and its applicability to any customer or user facing services will be shared at this talk.
