Based in Singapore the Government Relations mission is to support HERE's business activities, especially with public sector players while focusing on government advocacy and providing regulatory and strategic advice to the management team. Alvin is an active member of the EU-ASEAN Business Council, ITS Singapore, European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, and most recently appointed Chairman of EuroCham Singapore’s Smart Mobility Committee.
Alvin also serves on the Autonomous Vehicle Industry Insights Group for Australia’s National Transport Commission and the Singapore Land Transport Authority’s Technical Reference 68 Autonomous Vehicle Working Group.

Mehrnoush is the Head of Data Partnership and Community in Oceania at HERE and based in Melbourne. She is leading the function that is focused on identifying data opportunities and availability in the Oceania market and match data to various HERE and customers use cases. Mehrnoush is also an active member of the geospatial industry and up until recently she was a director on the board of Spatial Industries Business Association (SIBA) in Australia and also a member of Australia’s 2030 Space and Spatial Industry Roadmap Steering Committee.

Sean is the City Innovation Lead at Wellington City Council. His career has focussed on Innovation, Smart Cities and the strategic transformation of Local Government. Sean has lead leads the development of Wellington’s smart city, exploring how Open Data, the Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Data Visualisation, GIS and Virtual Reality can help Council understand the city, better talk with citizens and make better decisions. Sean has an Urban Planning Degree from the University of Auckland and serves on a number of Partnership Bodies including the Open Government Partnership Expert Advisory Panel, Digital Twin Taskforce, the World Economic Forum’s G20 Smart Cities Advisory Group and the Global Futures Council. Sean’s work has seen Wellington recognised as a leading smart city and has been recognised by him being awarded as a Harvard Global Innovator 2020 and Smart Cities Council Leader 2020.
