Steve Porter
Partner / Deloitte Australia
Steve Porter is a partner at Deloitte Australia in strategy, risk, and transactions, focused on infrastructure and capital projects for public sector clients. He advises across the infrastructure asset life cycle, with experience in transport, social infrastructure, utilities, property, and oil and gas. He has worked in consulting, a semi-government authority, and an upstream hydrocarbons company, and has a keen interest in the digital transformation of infrastructure delivery and operations.
Steph Bradley
Director, Optimal Reality, Consulting / Deloitte
Steph Bradley is a Director in the Climate & Engineering division, where she leads the Optimal Reality Enablement Team. Optimal Reality is Deloitte's cutting-edge Digital Twin and simulation platform, and Steph plays a pivotal role in assisting delivery teams and clients in maximising the benefits of this powerful tool. Steph worked closely with William and the Department of Transport & Planning team to successfully deliver their Situational Awareness platform, utilising Optimal Reality as the underlying platform. Her expertise in technical project delivery, functional design, and marketing enables her to thrive in solving complex technical challenges and driving transformative changes in the way clients operate and interact with the world.
Adele Beachley
Executive Director, SCATS / Transport for NSW
Adele Beachley is the Executive Director of Sydney Co-ordinated Adaptive Traffic Systems (SCATS) in the Customer Strategy and Technology Division. With a strong background in technology and business development, Adele has decades of experience across global organizations in various industries. She specialises in deploying technology, RFID, mobility, and analytics in transport and logistics. Recently, Adele has ventured into innovation, creating products and applications centered on computer vision and machine learning for frontline workers' smartphones.
Apart from her professional role, Adele is a dedicated volunteer board advisor for a grassroots non-profit organization that utilizes technology and innovation for humanitarian causes. Fluent in five languages, she has a personal interest in beekeeping, wellness, and brain health. Adele, with her commercial expertise, took on the role of leading the SCATS business at Transport for NSW in January 2022, driving its strategic agenda forward.
