NOTICE OF AGM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Intelligent Transport Systems Australia Inc. Registration number A0026405C, ARBN 090 235 493 (“Association”) will be held on Thursday 26 November 2026 at 3pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) as an online event via Microsoft Teams. 

Registration is complimentary and is open to members of ITS Australia only. Please ensure that you complete your registration through the checkout.

How to Nominate for the Board election 
Please contact the office regarding the process to nominate to stand for election, noting that completed nomination forms must be received by close of business Wednesday 11 November, 2026. 

Board election process 
The election will be conducted online using the ElectionBuddy platform. 

On Monday, 17 November 2026 your ballot paper will be emailed to the same email address this notice has been sent to. You can complete your ballot online or forward it to a proxy to complete before the close of the ballot closes at 4pm EDST on Thursday 26 November, 2026.
