Paul Gray
Chief Executive Officer / Cohda Wireless
Paul started at Cohda as Chief Engineer, laying the foundations for Cohda’s groundbreaking automotive and smart cities projects. He came to Cohda after six years in San Diego, working as CTO and Business Manager with wireless tech startups.
As CEO, Paul has led Cohda Wireless through two rounds of capital raising, attracting NXP Semiconductors and Cisco Systems as strategic investors. Under his leadership, Cohda has grown from 10 people to more than 60 and opened offices in Detroit, Munich and Shanghai.
Paul’s tenure at the helm has positioned Cohda as the globally recognised brand for connected autonomous vehicles and smart city infrastructure.


Paul Markwick
Head of Transport and Addinsight / SAGE Group
Paul has over 25 years experience managing and delivering complex electrical installations and control systems. Since joining SAGE in 1996, Paul has had diverse management positions across automation, utilities and major infrastructure sectors. Paul has led SAGE Automation’s expansion geographically and has played a pivotal role in the sector diversification.
Paul’s leadership and ability to embrace emerging market opportunities is underpinned by a solid technical and commercial capability. His track record in delivering sustainable, profitable growth, combined with a passion for the business and its clients, enables Paul to provide a solid contribution to the business and the board. Paul established the 24 x 7 Service Division in Melbourne in a response to the need for rapid and specialist automation and control service support for critical infrastructure assets in both the private and public sector.


James Cox
Product Manager / Addinsight
James is the Product Manager for Addinsight, a transport analytics and device management system that is widely used by transport agencies and councils across Australia and New Zealand. James focuses on product roadmap development, training and customer support.
He is a transport planner with over 20 years of experience in diverse traffic and transport roles within the SA State Government. He specialises in traffic analysis and modelling and has been involved in many of the recent major projects in South Australia. James was the creator of Addinsight and is well-respected in the local industry for his data and traffic analysis expertise.


Susan Harris
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive of ITS Australia, and with an extensive career in transport strategy, Susan is ideally placed at the intersection of technology and transport. Supported by strong connections to the international ITS community and the global network of ITS Associations, Susan works tirelessly advocating for the benefits of transport technologies for business and for the broader Australian community.
Susan is highly regarded for her roles supporting the growth and innovation of the nation’s transport technology industries. She works across a number of industry advisory groups and is a regular advisor to the State and Federal Governments, and their Ministers, on transport technology and mobility issues.
