Diversity and Inclusion
We're committed to building a strong and inclusive industry that reflects. We seek your support as we strive to enhance diversity and inclusion across our event programs and seek your consideration towards nominating speakers that reflect the diversity of the community we serve.
Presentation and Session Format
Successful Abstracts will be scheduled into the program by our Program Committee. Sessions will run for either 60 or 90 minutes, where the allocated time for talks is 15 mins each. If there are two co-presenters for a talk, both speakers will need to ensure they complete their part of their talks within the overall time allocated of 15 mins - it is up to each speaker to decide how long each will present for, as long as the total time allocated for the overall presentation does not exceed 15 mins.
If time permitting, questions will be saved for the final 15 mins of the session and after all presenters have given their talks. The Session Moderator will decide the format they think works best for the session's subject matter - and part of completing the abstract submission form will be to include two pre-prepared questions you would like the Moderator to ask you, this will help ensure a positive session experience for everyone.
