With a career spanning more than 50 years, Brian Negus is one of Australia’s most respected and influential transport and mobility leaders. Brian has held senior positions in both Government and the private sector.
Brian remains engaged in Australia’s ITS industry, being an Ambassador for ITS Australia, the past Chairman and current Associate of Collaborative ITS Consulting Australia, and Director of the Victorian Chamber. He is also a past Director of the ITS World Congress Board, and was a driving force behind the hugely successful 17th ITS Asia Pacific Forum in Brisbane hosted by ITS Australia.
Brian continues to lead, guide, and mentor organisations and individuals on a broad range of transport issues, especially smart technology solutions to improve transport.

Marion is a leading policy analyst with experience that ranges from authoring parts of the 2010 Henry Tax Review to leading the design and development of the MyGov account. She has provided expert analysis and advice on labour market policy for the Commonwealth Government, the Business Council of Australia and at the Australian National University. She joined the Grattan Institute in April 2015 to establish the Transport Program, and has published on investment in transport infrastructure, cost overruns, value capture, congestion and discount rates.

Moses is the Team Leader of the Economics and Modelling Team in Infrastructure Victoria developing economic and public policy advice on infrastructure investment and policy decisions.
Moses believes that the right infrastructure policies and investment can be a powerful tool to maximise the potential of our cities, communities and businesses. I specialise in infrastructure economics, social economics, regional economics, developmental economics, and economic modelling - and is proud to have worked on some of the most complex policies and infrastructure reforms in Australia and SE Asia.
