The Asia-Pacific region is undergoing a surge in investment in automated fare collection and intelligent transportation systems. Significant initiatives are underway in Australia and New Zealand where many states and regional governments are in the process of upgrading, expanding and combining their fare collection systems to take advantage of new technology such as contactless payment, cloud and mobile. The formation of Osmodal is designed to respond to the increasing demand for expertise in these areas.
The co-founders of Osmodal have worked together, leading teams to successfully deliver major fare collection and intelligent transportation programs to customers in the Asia-Pacific region. In addition, Osmodal’s Associates have a great depth of experience across transportation system policy definition, business case development, program definition, program and technical delivery and implementation, test assurance, transition to operations and service definition/delivery.

Marcus Wright
Co-Founder & Managing Director / Osmodal
Marcus has 30 years experience in public transportation and 20 years in associated technology. He has held senior roles in program and service delivery with associated P&L ownership and senior-level account management for key APAC government clients. In 2013 he joined Cubic Transportation Systems and has overseen their program delivery portfolio in the APAC region. Prior to Cubic, he held several positions with British Rail, Thameslink Rail, Rail Settlement Plan, SchlumbergerSema, Atos and the Government of Western Australia.
Scott Suine
Co-Founder & Director / Osmodal
Scott has over 25 years experience as a senior technology leader having worked in the Transportation, Government, Financial Services, Banking and Telecommunication sectors. His roles have encompassed business analysis, software engineering, systems engineering, mechanical systems implementation / integration and technical delivery management. In 2014 he joined Cubic Transportation Systems and for the last five years he has led the engineering function in the region. Prior to Cubic, he held several positions with Praxa, SMS, Avande, CBA and City of Sydney.
Frank Moran
Co-Founder & Director / Osmodal
Frank has 25 years experience in system verification and validation, specialising in large, complex integration programs across Transportation, Banking, Telecommunications, Government and Financial Services sectors. In 2014 he joined Cubic Transportation Systems and since then has led the test function for the region. Prior to Cubic, he held several positions in Optus, ING, Macquarie Bank, Lloyds, Westpac, Nokia and Vodafone.
