Mentorship at ITS Australia

Available to early career members, the program pairs mentees seeking an opportunity to grow personally and professionally, with more experienced mentors who are willing to commit time and energy to the support and professional development of another.

The ITS Australia Mentorship Program aims to provide early-career ITS professionals with career growth opportunities and professional satisfaction. This program will build their expertise and leadership to realise the ITS Australia vision of leveraging technology to support great transport outcomes for Australia. It will plug the gaps in the industry not filled by corporate mentoring programs, extending participation to people who might otherwise not have access to good quality mentoring. This program will be delivered by Art of Mentoring.
