Engage with Experts Virtual Business Event

How do we solve tomorrow’s problems with today’s technology? As focus moves to rising congestion, emissions and safety concerns, Kapsch focus on how they are deploying today’s technology to solve such challenges ahead and to prepare our transport network for a better tomorrow.

In this session, Kapsch will discuss their collaboration within AIMES to develop the Kapsch ‘Smart Intersections’ and ‘Intelligent Corridors’. These modular and highly scalable solutions focus on a view to change our travel habits of how we move in a network and to provide operators increased situational awareness to better prepare their network both in real-time and to make better decisions in the future. As we move around the network more efficiently, Kapsch also focus on how everyday citizens can move around safer in a multi-modal environment by identifying common problems and how to alleviate these using the latest urban mobility technology. AIMES ecosystem and network of advanced sensors make it an ideal inner urban environment to support Kapsch Smart Intersections and Intelligent Corridor initiative.
